No. We first review your tools, configure the agreed workflow, test it, and obtain approval. Request a fit check to confirm what can be supported.
What happens with a complicated customer request?
The agreed workflow routes exceptions to your business. It does not make refunds, pricing promises, or other commitments beyond your approved rules.
Can SMS be included?
Where your platform supports it and you have permission to message the customer. Platform and per-message charges are additional.
How do payment and approval work?
We confirm scope, timing, costs, and access in writing. Payment is due before work begins; recurring fees are paid before each service month. Extra work is agreed separately. You approve content and important changes before they go live.
