We agree on approval before starting. Campaigns and automated sequences are approved before publishing or activation.
How do payment and approval work?
We confirm scope, timing, costs, and access in writing. Payment is due before work begins; recurring fees are paid before each service month. Extra work is agreed separately. You approve content and important changes before they go live.
